“if I could dance like that”, “if I could lose my weight”,
“I would like to have a shaped body but don’t like hard workouts”,
“I am willing to be a famous dancer or singer” etc,
our experienced professional instructors will assist your dream to comes true.
All levels from absolute beginners to advanced as well as the holiday course and performance course are offered in different styles throughout the year.
You can learn the latest steps, moves and techniques from our professional choreographers who have been working for many TVs and singers.

Course Outline

Level: Elementary, Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced

Lesson Structure:
  • Elementary:
    Taught in absolute slowly. Starting from Isolation (exercise of individual body parts), Stretching, Rhythm exercise, simple steps and moves, combination of steps and moves.
  • Beginners:
    Taught in slowly. With the same basic exercise as Elementary, steps, moves and combinations of them you will be taught in Beginners are slightly harder than Elementary.
  • Intermediate:
    Taught in slightly fast. Steps, moves and combinations of them you will be taught in Intermediate are slightly harder and longer than Beginners.
  • Advanced:
    Taught in absolute fast. Mainly a choreography will be taught in Advanced and harder than Intermediate.

Dance Style: Hip Hop, Street Jazz, LA Hip Hop, Popping

How to join a lesson?
  • 1. Come to the studio 15 min prior to your lesson
  • 2. Purchase your lesson ticket at the reception
  • 3. Change your cloth to something you feel comfortable for dancing.
  • 4. Join your lesson.

Things you may need to bring:
- Sport wear (easy to move, T-shirts and sport tracks, etc)
- A pair of sneakers (indoor sport shoes)
- Towel
- A spare cloth (change after the lesson)
- Drinks (water, sport drinks, etc)

    • 4.レッスンに参加

    - 動きやすい運動着(スポーツウェアやTシャツなど)
    - スニーカー(内履き)
    - タオル
    - 替えの洋服(汗をかくため)
    - 飲み物(スタジオにて水の販売あり)
